Thank you for using Brillow, the cleaning business scheduler app. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data Brillow handles and how it is used.
Brillow does not collect any personal data. All information you enter into the app — including client names, phone numbers, addresses, visit schedules, and expenses — is stored locally on your device only, using an encrypted on-device database.
We do not share, sell, rent, or transmit any data to third parties. No data ever leaves your device unless you explicitly use the built-in Export CSV feature, which sends a file directly from your device to a destination you choose (e.g. your own email or cloud storage).
Brillow requests internet access solely to display optional map previews (street addresses via OpenStreetMap). No personal data is included in these requests — only the address text you choose to look up.
The current version of Brillow does not use any third-party analytics or crash-reporting services. No usage data is collected or transmitted.
Brillow requests the following Android permissions:
No camera, microphone, contacts, location, or storage permissions are required.
Brillow is designed for business use by adults. It is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we update this privacy policy, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
