Data Deletion – Brillow

Overview

Brillow is designed to work without user accounts and does not store user data on external servers.

All information entered into the app, such as client names, addresses, phone numbers, schedules, and notes, is stored locally on the user's device only. The developer of Brillow does not have access to this data and it is not transmitted to any external server.

The app may use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics to help improve the application. This analytics data does not include personal client information entered in the app.

How to Delete Your Data

Because all app data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time using one of the following methods:

Option 1 – Clear App Data

1. Open Android Settings
2. Tap Apps
3. Select Brillow
4. Tap Storage
5. Tap Clear Data or Clear Storage

This will permanently delete all data stored by the app.

Option 2 – Uninstall the App

1. Open Android Settings
2. Tap Apps
3. Select Brillow
4. Tap Uninstall

Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data from your device.

Data Stored by the App

The app may store the following information only on your device:

• Client names
• Client addresses
• Client phone numbers
• Cleaning schedules
• Visit notes
• Expense records

This information is never transmitted to the developer or stored on external servers.
